  • We are located on the second floor of Leyland House, Suite 204 332-342 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction.

    If you are heading from Bondi Junction towards Centennial Park on Oxford Street, Leyland House is on your right after the pedestrian mall.

  • Yes. If you can’t make it to our clinic we offer virtual consultations, ensuring that distance is not a barrier to receiving expert guidance.

    (Please note: We consult only within Australia, or with existing clientele who are travelling).

  • Please consult your health insurance provider to determine your eligibility for a health fund rebate, as it depends on your specific coverage.

    Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Acupuncture

    All Health Funds offer rebates.

    Nutrition

    The following Health funds provide rebates for Nutrition Consultations:

    AHM; Australian Unity; CBHS; CUA Health; HBF; Health Partners; MDHF; NIB; Phoenix Health Fund; Westfund; Medibank Private.

    At Care Clinic, we understand the value of your time and that of our Clinicians. Please take note of our cancellation policy, which applies if you are unable to attend, in consideration of both your clinician and other clients who may wish to book that appointment.

    Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. For Monday appointments, ensure that notice is received by the preceding Friday before 2 pm, as we do not respond to emails or phone calls over the weekend.

    Cancellations, changes, or non-attendance with less than 24 hours notice (48 hours over the weekend) will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full appointment fee. This policy applies to all appointments and will be automatically charged to the credit card provided as security for your appointment.

    Families/Groups please note: If you have several appointments that are cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, the fee applies per appointment.

    COURTESY CALL

    When you book your or your child's appointment, you accept responsibility for honoring the appointment(s).

    As a courtesy, Care Clinic will make an effort to call you one day prior to your appointment. However, please note that this call is a "courtesy." If we are unable to reach you, and you forget your appointment, a fee will still be incurred. You are ultimately responsible for remembering the time of your appointment.

    Dispensary items: payment at time of purchase.

    Special orders: pre-payment is required to secure the order.

    We accept credit card and cash payments.

  • Comfortable clothing.

  • If you have any of the following – please bring them to your initial appointment.

    • Current blood test results

    • Imaging/ Reports (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Bone Scan)

    • Other current test results

    • Orthotics.

  • Metered street parking on Oxford Street

    • Half hour maximum until 12pm, 2 hours thereafter

    There are also several public car parks nearby

    • Eastgate Shopping Centre (approx 250m)

    • Waverley Library (approx 200m)

    • Grafton Street Carpark (approx 200m)

    • Westfield Bondi Junction (approx 450m)

    * Please allow time to park, and 5-10 minute walk to the clinic to arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Yes. All our treatments are tailored to the individual's age and stage of life and personal and parental/guardian preferences.
