Making a booking
Please phone, visit or email to make your appointment. You will be asked for credit card details at the time of your booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please give a minimum 24 hours notice.
Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur the full fee of the treatments booked.
Cancellations, rescheduling or non-attendance on the day of your booking will incur the full appointment fee.
Your appointment
To ensure you and all our clients receive the best possible service; please arrive 10 minutes prior to your initial appointment. As your treatment time has been especially reserved for you, late arrival may mean your treatment time could be cut short. We will, however, require that you pay in full.
