As an exercise physiologist and chiropractor, Caolan has a balanced take on the function of the human body.

With a work history that includes associations with the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and the Australian Sports Drug Agency (ASDA) Caolan has a great passion for and understanding of the importance of exercise in the development and maintenance of optimal health.

A decorated sportsman and dedicated martial artist, Caolan believes that good health begins at home, and therefore enjoys working with active adults and children and those seeking to be more physically involved in their life.

Applying a wide-range of techniques his clinical focus includes helping people with complex conditions and cases through helping to restore optimum neurobiological and biomechanical function.

My life experiences have inspired me to focus on my mental, emotional, psychological and spiritual growth. To make a promise to myself to expand my boundaries, and be able to share what I’ve learned to help others overcome their own challenges and improve their lives.

I now integrate the art, science and practice of multiple disciplines to help maximise the human condition, and enjoy helping others align their highest goals with their most meaningful values, purpose and vision of life.
